The instructor behind DFW Social Dance Studio — and the reason thousands of nervous beginners have walked away feeling like dancers.
Alexi Noble didn't fall into dance — she was drawn to it. She started dancing socially at age 14 and has never really stopped. By 2015, she had founded her first social dance club in Los Angeles, hosting events and building a community around the simple idea that dance should be for everyone.
Her professional career as an instructor began in 2016. Since then she's taught over 2,500 classes across more than 30 styles, and built a community that now spans more than 30,000 members in Dallas–Fort Worth.
She describes herself as a student of human nature. Every person who walks through the door comes with their own relationship to movement, confidence, and fear. She pays attention to all of it — and meets each student exactly where they are.
She has a particular soft spot for beginners. Not because it's easier, but because it's the most important moment: the first time someone discovers they can actually do this.
Alexi has studied under world-class dance professionals across disciplines and styles. The depth of her training is what makes her such a versatile and effective teacher.
