Some of the most affordable private lesson rates in DFW. Each session is 55 minutes with a dedicated instructor — individuals and couples are both welcome.

All sessions are 55 minutes. Sessions do not expire once purchased. No long-term contracts required.

Who We Are

Dance is how
we find each other.

DFW Young & Social started in 2021 with a simple goal: making friends shouldn't be this hard. The dance studio grew from that same belief. Real connection happens when people feel comfortable, welcome, and free to be themselves.

Today the community has 30,000+ members across platforms and a dedicated 4,720 sq ft space. It runs on the energy of members, volunteer instructors, and people who keep showing up. The people who make this place what it is.

Classes start at $15. Cost should never be the reason someone doesn't try dance.

Walk in alone and still have a great time. We rotate partners so nobody's left on the sidelines.
